Information you provide
When you request service, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, location and details about the locksmith service you need. This information is used to respond, clarify the job, dispatch a technician and keep service records. Do not submit payment-card information through the request form.
Website activity and privacy choices
If you choose “Allow analytics,” the website may record page paths, approximate time a page is active, device type, referring website, campaign tags and an IP address. Visitor session details are stored in the Kita Locks admin system; the IP address is encrypted at rest and visible only to the owner account. Raw session history is deleted after the retention period shown in the privacy settings, which defaults to 30 days. Aggregated daily counts do not include raw IP addresses.
Analytics is optional. Choosing “Essential only” disables visitor-session tracking, and service-request forms continue to work. Each submitted request is counted in an anonymous daily total for dispatch operations, but without analytics consent that count is not linked to a visitor, page or campaign. The site also honors Global Privacy Control when it is sent by the browser. You can change your choice at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer.
Dispatch notifications
If the business owner enables Telegram notifications, a new service request or work-order event may trigger an alert to a business-controlled Telegram chat. By default, alerts do not include your contact details. The owner can separately enable sending a customer name, phone number and submitted location; the free-text message and email address are not included. When you click a phone link, the page path is sent to the site server so it can check whether call-click alerts are enabled; an alert does not confirm that a call connected. Telegram processes messages under its own privacy terms.
Advertising and service providers
Google Ads, Meta Ads and call-tracking accounts are not connected in this version of the site. If advertising integrations are added, Kita Locks will update this policy and configure the applicable privacy controls before enabling them. Raw visitor IP addresses are not sent to advertising systems by the first-party visitor tracker.
Website hosting and, if enabled, email delivery providers may process technical or service-request information as needed to operate the site. When an online request is submitted, it is saved for the dispatch team; email delivery may also be used when configured.
Site fonts are served directly from this website. When the Greater Sacramento map enters view, it requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap; Kita Locks serves the boundary data from this website. OpenStreetMap may receive technical request information, including the visitor’s IP address. The map can be skipped by not scrolling to it.
Retention and requests
Visitor-session details are retained for a limited period configured by the business. Service-request records may be retained as needed for customer service, business records and legal obligations. To ask about information you submitted or request its removal, contact Kita Locks using the details on the Contact page.
Updates
This policy will be reviewed when analytics, advertising, call tracking, payment, chat or other third-party integrations change.
